    (Swirl soft serve ice cream)

Wasabi known as Japanese Horseradish is a native  condiment crop of Japan.

It has an old history.

It was written in a medical herbs book in 918 and said that the popularity of wasabi grew wildly and was eaten at Zen temples in the 13th century.

Wasabi has antibacterial, deodorizing and appetite stimulating effects!

Sasaki Farm and Cafe is in Sabara, the western part of Fukushima City.

The owner Sasaki Kenzo started to have a cow in 1956 and he built a cow shed in 1976.

He worked by his mottos, " great taste, Safety first and producer direct selling. "

Usually, milk is sterilized by high temperatures at 120 degrees for 2 or 3 seconds, but Sasaki Farm and Cafe sterilizes at 63 degrees for 30 minutes.

The pasteurized milk has a deep flavor.

They uses Azuma wasabi which grows well in the rich natural environment at the foot of Mt. Azuma.

It is said that Japanese Horseradish grows in places where pure water flows, like mountain streams.

This is worth trying!!
